These terms apply to CV reviews, CV writing, cover letters, supporting statements and related services supplied by Newton Nwaonumah, trading as Newton Professional CV Services.
How the service works
You submit your current CV and requirements for review. Submission does not itself require payment. The scope, price, expected delivery time and any included revisions are confirmed with you before paid work proceeds. Payment is requested through the secure Stripe payment page using the amount and order reference provided. Finished files may be released after payment has cleared.
Services and prices
Website prices are introductory “from” prices and may vary where the work is unusually complex, urgent or outside the listed scope. Any final price and optional additional charge will be explained and agreed before payment. Newton Professional CV Services is not currently registered for VAT.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, identify any important deadline, and ensure you have permission to share submitted material. You remain responsible for checking factual accuracy, dates, qualifications, contact details and the final document before using it. Do not ask for false qualifications, employment history or achievements to be added.
Quality and outcomes
The service will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Writing and formatting are intended to improve clarity and presentation, but no interview, job offer, salary outcome or response from an employer can be guaranteed.
Delivery and revisions
The expected delivery time and the revisions included are confirmed for each order. Delivery times begin when all required information has been received and the agreed work is authorised. If you delay in supplying information or feedback, the delivery date may change.
Cancellation and refunds
For most services agreed at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel. If you expressly ask for work to begin during that period and then cancel before completion, you may be charged a reasonable amount for work already completed. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. Any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To cancel, email support@newtoncvservices.co.uk with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Refunds are not refused where the law requires one.
Use of completed documents
Once fully paid, you may use and edit the completed documents for your own job applications. Templates, design systems and working methods remain the property of Newton Professional CV Services and may not be resold or presented as a competing commercial template service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Newton Professional CV Services is not responsible for employer decisions, inaccurate information supplied by you, missed deadlines not disclosed before work was agreed, or indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated.
Privacy
Personal information and uploaded documents are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
